Bankruptcy Law Center, LLC provides a free consultation with one of its attorneys.  At that time of the consultation, clients discuss their particular financial circumstances.  The attorney will answer questions and explain the bankruptcy process.  Bankruptcy Law Center strives to keep clients informed of the status of their case, but at the same time tries to relieve clients of as much stress and anxiety as possible.  At any time during the process, clients are encouraged to call or email with questions or any concerns.

Bankruptcy Law Center provides its legal services for one comprehensive flat fee which varies depending on the complexity of the case.  Not only does the flat rate include attorney’s fees, but also the costs for obtaining the client’s credit report, and the costs for taking the credit counseling and financial management classes that clients are required to take as part of their bankruptcy case. 

Filing bankruptcy is a means to liquidate assets and reorganize debt to get the client a fresh financial start.  The goal is to eliminate or pay-off debt as appropriate under the law.  The staff and attorneys at Bankruptcy Law Center are committed to doing their professional best to help each client through this process to achieve financial freedom for the client’s future.
